Do I need to sign contracts with each CDN provider?
No, you do not need to enter a contract agreement or sign anything for all CDNs listed on the Mlytics platform. If applicable, you could also bring the CDN you’re currently using to the platform for enhanced traffic management.

Which CDNs are available on each plan?
The Developer Plan includes Basic CDN, Global CDN, and Regional CDN. The Business plan includes all CDNs included in the Developer plan plus China RIM CDN. How is the traffic pricing calculated for the ‘Basic CDN’?
All traffic generated via ‘Basic CDN’ (Cloudfront and GMA) is calculated in one pool. Once the pooled traffic exceeded the Free tier quota, additional pooled traffic will be billed. Check the Pricing for more details.
How is the traffic pricing calculated for the CDNs other than the ‘Basic CDN’?
Traffic generated via CDN other than the ‘Basic CDN’ is calculated and billed individually. Check the Pricing for more details.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
For Developer and Business plan users, subscription fees are charged monthly, and subscriptions are auto-renewed every month. You can remove your site from the platform and cancel at any time. For Enterprise users, all subscriptions are annually-renewed, and please contact our Sales to cancel your subscription.
How does a credit limit work?
The credit limit is the maximum amount of debt that the user is allowed to borrow when using Mlytics products and services. Each plan has a different credit limit. Exceeding the credit limit will trigger billing. Learn more about the Mlytics credit limit here.
Does my plan already include Origin Shield?
Origin Shield is an Add-on service. Both Developer and Business plans need to purchase Origin Shield Add-on first in order to activate Origin Shield. Learn more about the activating Origin Shield here.
